The Best Doctoral Thesis Proposal

This prize will be awarded to the student who has presented the most promising thesis abstract at the John H. Dunning Doctoral Tutorial. The prize-winner will receive a certificate and an award of €1000.

The Copenhagen Prize

This prize is awarded to the best paper on International Business written by a young scholar (under 40 years) and accepted for presentation at the EIBA conference. The prize has been sponsored by Copenhagen Business School since 2003, and the prize-winner will receive a certificate and an award of €3000.

The IBR Best Paper of the Year Award

This prize is awarded to the paper presented at the EIBA conference judged as having the gretest likelihood of influencing the field of International Business research in the future. The prize has been sponsored by the International Business Review since 2006, and the prize-winner will receive a certificate and an award of €1000.

The IMR International Marketing Award (will not be awarded this year)

This prize is awarded to the best paper presented at the EIBA conference on an international marketing topic. The prize has been sponsored by the International Marketing Review since 2006, and the prize-winner will receive a certificate and an award of €600.

The IJoEM Best Paper on Emerging Markets Award (will not be awarded this year)

This prize is awarded to the best paper presented at the EIBA conference on a topic related to emerging markets. The prize has been sponsored by the International Journal of Emerging Markets since 2006, and the prize-winner will receive a certificate.

The Gunnar Hedlund Award (will not be awarded this year)

This prize is awarded every few years for the best PhD thesis in the world in the field of International Business. The award is organised by the Institute of International Business (IIB) at the Stockholm School of Economics in collaboration with EIBA. The prize will be awarded next at the 2014 EIBA Conference in Uppsala, Sweden.
